Young Marco / Logic1000 / Big Ever / KDV Performance Group with Hamill Industries & Tayhana

Sat 30 Aug

Melbourne Town Hall

This is an ode to movement as medicine – a night of deep feeling, delirious levels of up-tempo energy and full-sensory release.

One of electronic music’s most compelling voices, Sydney-born, Berlin-based DJ Logic1000 brings a signature warmth and emotional pulse to the floor. Blending the soul of classic house with razor-sharp production, Logic1000 captures something both timeless and urgently now.

Joining the lineup is Amsterdam’s Young Marco, known for euphoric, genre-warping sets that swing from the unexpected to the sublime. Drawing on an encyclopedic ear and an intuitive sense of the room, Young Marco doesn’t just play, but elevates – connecting body, mind and something beyond.

Delivering bare bones rhythms, deconstructed funk and flirtations with UK club sensibilities is Sydney born, Berlin based artist, DJ, writer and producer Big Ever.

Rounding out the night is the Australian premiere of CORTEX by KDV Performance Group, exclusively at Now or Never. CORTEX transcends traditional boundaries as a full-body ritual where dance, sound, and visuals converge, inviting reflection on life’s most profound themes—existence, mortality, isolation, and human connection. This immersive creation merges the talents of Berlin-based Kianí del Valle Performance Group, Barcelona’s visual artists Hamill Industries, and Argentinian producer Tayhana.

  • If there’s one word that could encompass all of Samantha Poulter’s output as Logic1000, it’s warmth. Over six productive years, the Sydney-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer has evolved into one of dance music’s most intriguing talents, with a refined, enveloping sound that’s indebted to decades of house music history.
