How To Book
Tickets can be purchased online via the Now or Never website. Simply click GET TICKETS on the page of the event you’d like to attend, or REGISTER NOW to keep updated about free events. Digital tickets and reminders will be sent via email.
Tickets purchased via Humanitix will not be issued until two days before the event. This is to protect customers from scalping and to make it easier to locate your tickets on the day. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us at nowornever.ticketing@melbourne.vic.gov.au.
Now or Never is proudly certified carbon neutral under the Climate Active program. An optional contribution toward this certification is available at check out for some ticket purchases.
Refund policy
Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or as required by law, in accordance with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice. No refunds will be issued to latecomers, for change of mind or missed performances.
All tickets are sold subject to our Terms and Conditions. You can also access our Privacy Policy.
How do I sell my ticket?
Official resales are now available via Humanitix for select Now or Never events.
Humanitix is our approved resale provider making it the only way to resell and/or process a name change. They provide safe, secure, and ethical resale which means you can only list your ticket at the price you paid (no more, no less).
Do not exchange money for tickets anywhere else as your tickets will not be valid against your name.
