On street parking:
There is limited time-restricted paid street parking on the surrounding streets. There are a number of accessible parking spots surrounding State Library Victoria. There are three 2-hour parking spaces for people with a disability permit in La Trobe Street. There are four 2-hour parking spaces for people with a disability permit in Little Lonsdale Street, between Swanston and Russell streets (outside the Wheeler Centre). There is also a single 2-hour parking space for people with a disability permit on the west side of Russell Street, north of the La Trobe Street intersection, outside RMIT Building 20.
Off street parking: The closest commercial carpark is at QV Melbourne Car Park, which has an entrance on Little Lonsdale Street. QV Melbourne Car Park has accessible parking spaces on all levels and there is Lift and travelator access from all levels to QV Melbourne, as well as direct access to Lonsdale Street, Little Lonsdale Street, Swanston Street and Russell Street.
