The Breath Haus x MATRIA

Sat 23 Aug — Sun 24 Aug

Royal Exhibition Building

Full-body restoration. Mental clarity. Soul-level reset.

The Breath Haus joins forces with Now or Never’s MATRIA for a powerful, all-sensory journey designed to expand your mind, restore your being and immerse you within the work.

Channelling the energy of a living, breathing organism, MATRIA is a gently shifting, living membrane, creating the perfect environment to experience breathwork in a space that mirrors the essence of the practice. This collaboration builds on The Breath Haus’ reputation for transformative sessions in unique, unexpected settings – offering a chance to deepen your practice within an artwork designed to feel like a breathing body. Within the larger festival program, this is a welcome moment of stillness, connection and embodied presence.

This signature session blends guided breathwork, immersive sound, and breathtaking installation to take you into a state of deep calm and heightened awareness. It’s not just breathing and meditation – it’s a complete nervous system reset back to default settings.
