Museums Victoria is the Major Partner, Official Precinct Partner and Foundation Partner for Melbourne’s newest festival Now or Never. The Melbourne Museum Plaza bursts into life for Now or Never with a tantalising whole-of-precinct program fusing art, ideas, sound and technology. You’ll be lured into a world of curiosity, wonder and discovery with a celebration of National Science Week, a &#8220;Melbourne Planetarium Presents&#8221; program in the Neversphere, a special Future Forums edition, and unique exhibitions and events as part of the inaugural festival. The World Heritage listed Royal Exhibition Building will also fling back its doors, filling the magnificent space with a program of nighttime dance, RnB, hip hop and clubbing. While on site, make sure you also visit the fabulous Fantastic Beasts™: The Wonder of Nature exhibition on at Melbourne Museum, direct from the National History Museum in London and other great exhibitions on during this time.

Founded in 2010 in Melbourne by brothers Josh and Jake Uljans and school mate Karl van Buuren, Moon Dog began with a lil’ brewery in the back streets of Abbotsford, with the trio brewing beer in a brew house welded together from ex-dairy equipment and selling mind-blowing craft beer from the back of a ‘97 Volvo V40 station wagon.
More than a decade later, we’ve made some upgrades to the equipment, we’ve expanded our brewery into Preston, we’ve opened two brew pubs and our Moon Dog family has grown and grown, but one thing has stayed the same-brewing outrageously delicious beers and seltzers that blow minds is what it’s all about!

Nestled in the picturesque Goulburn Valley, Mitchelton Winery is a luxurious and relaxing destination that offers visitors a unique and unforgettable experience. Home to award-winning wines, the winery boasts an onsite Cellar Door where visitors can indulge in wine-tasting. In addition, guests can savour gourmet dining at one of the two restaurants, unwind in the hotel, and explore the Mitchelton Gallery of Aboriginal Art. With breathtaking views of Goulburn River, this sophisticated destination is both accessible and inviting, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation.

The Now or Never Art Trail includes:

Join a free, 60-minute guided tour through the <a href="/series/now-or-never-art-trail" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Now or Never Art Trail</a>. This tour takes place along a 1.2km promenade by Docklands Harbour and explores seven captivating large-scale installations. The artworks range from interactive projections to electronic creatures and an endless parade of unique, larger than life characters.
The tours will explore the ideas embedded in the artworks, challenging us to contemplate the future and our place within it.
Limited places are available each evening from 6pm (for kids), 7:30pm and 9pm – simply register at the Info Booth located near the corner of Harbour Esplanade and Victoria Harbour Promenade from 5:30 pm.
The tour on Sunday 20 August at 7.30pm will be Auslan interpreted.
The Now or Never Art Trail is open from Thursday 17 August &#8211; Sunday 20 August. Please note curator tours will not be running on Thursday 17 August.
